Whitney Rose shimmered in style on last night’s episode of RHOSLC during what host Lisa Barlow hoped would best boat day ever in Puerto Vallarta. IMO the verdict is still out on whether it was the best, but Whitney managed to dance and dazzle in her green sparkle button down shirt and shorts that made a gorgeous, glimmering statement. While we might not have a day on the water planned right now, we can still scoop this up and look like the GOAT next time we’re on a boat!
