Veronica Newell’s white wrap top, pink shorts and slouchy purse were super cute, to do some not cute things. She had to confront her mom about the fact that, um, she married Dirty John. Could you imagine? Being close with your mom, and then just not being told that she got married to a man you hate. And worse, hearing all the things John told her cousin. John was Veronica’s third step/father, so you can see where she might be skeptical of her mom, and rightfully so. I mean, I’m annoyed with my mom when she doesn’t tell me about a new lipstick she got. One thing is for sure, if we get cute clothes like these, we tell each other.
