Erika Schaefer was right on the money when she said Tracy Tutor was looking fly in her black shirt dress. Tracy said she was feeling like a bad b**** that particular day. And all I could think was, isn’t she pretty much every day?? The answer is yes, but sometimes an all black outfit takes it to a whole new level, especially when it’s a dress like this one.
