Okay Scott surprising Tinsley on last night’s Real Housewives of New York was a super cute scene, topped off by her super cute red cold shoulder ruffle dress and bow heels. She looked soooo happy and excited. Sally and I met them last summer at her “Birthday Party” and I thought they were really adorable. While they aren’t currently an item, I have hope for them. Partially because I’d love to see Tins on the streets of Chicago and stalk her style in person.
