We first saw, and fell in love with, Tinsley Mortimer’s printed dress in Cartegena, Columbia on Caroline Stanbury’s Instastories awhile back. We thought she was in Dubai hanging with Caroline but now I’m thinking our favorite LOL may have been in Cartegena when the RHONY were instead. I’m basing this soley on the greenery in the background and Tinsley never double wearing things, mind you. This all makes me happy because it secretly gives me hope that there will be a Caroline cameo during this RHONY trip. But then again it also has the potential to depress me because if Tinsley also wore this in Daubai it means this dress is more well traveled than I am.
