Nothing has changed- she still has highlights and Tinsley Mortimer’s floral off the shoulder dress on WWHL is another girlie frock. Along with her wingman Carole Radziwill, Tinsley dished about her new relationship, brown nosing Bethenny, and other Real Housewives of New York drama. So in honor of their Mexico trip, the Tinz chose a tropical floral number with bows, ruffles and the perfect red shoe.

And while the audience decided that Tinsley’s game is just a 5/10, the biggest hot mess award went to Ramona by a landslide. So it was a fun night in the clubhouse with these gals and we love seeing Carole and Tinsley together spilling the tea.
