I love me a Rockstud (I mean, I named my second son after the designer who put them on the map), so Tinsley Mortimer’s black and nude cross front pumps at Bethenny’s holiday party were right up my alley. I keep waiting for them to go out of style but they seem to have been a Real Housewives staple for years now and the designer just updates studded styles with new twists and this seasons trends, which I love.

I own 3 rock-studded items— a kitten heel sandal, bright pink flats and a clutch, and I’ve gotten a lot of use out of all of them. Just yesterday I used the clutch (which people have seen me use about 1000x) for a Luncheon in Chicago that Brian Atwood spoke at. The funny thing was that most of the women in attendance were SO rich, my purse actually looked cheap because it wasn’t a Chanel or Birkin! I don’t think I’ll ever be at that “Ladies who Lunch” level, I love my studs!

Needless to say, I’m glad to see Tinsley was on board, and not bored, with this spiky style.
