Sonja Morgan’s Brass Floor Lamp In Her Confessional
Real Housewives of New York Season 12 Episode 20 Decor
Sonja Morgan, the self-proclaimed uptown b*tch, low-key acted like a 17-year-old boy-crazed, sorority girl who just walked into her first college frat house party at Leah McSweeney’s Married to the Mob celebration. We can’t fault her though, after all, we know the kind of parties she often must attend that the other ladies throw (like Ramona Singer’s party with 50 of her closest girlfriends). Leah’s world is much more vibrant and chill—what I would imagine Sonja to be like back in the day. And let’s give credit where credit is due, Madam Morgan probably could have pulled all the dudes there as she is no stranger to younger men (or open bars for that matter).
Sonja also must be credited for her fantastic brass floor lamp behind her in the at-home confessional scenes this season. The lamp literally gives her living room life with its antique brass dome shade and matte black poles with added functionality of a swing arm. Pulling height into the space, the lamp is modern, stylish, and sophisticated. In fact, I think new apartment Sonja decor drastically beats out townhome Sonja decor. Our favorite Sonjarita got a whole new home lewk to fit her uptown life.
Until next time,
