Savannah Guthrie’s purple ruffle turtleneck top was a much needed pop of color amid the darkness of wildfires and Harvey Weinstein’s despicable actions. Georgina Chapman of Marchesa, Harvey’s wife, quickly  and courageously picked up her children and left the movie mogul. That is an amazing act of courage that many women, especially if they are not independently wealthy, find difficult to do. But talking about this stuff and bringing people’s attention to how difficult it is, even for the strongest of women, to speak out might just be the silver lining.

But I digress. Savannah’s perfect fall outfit consisted of this beautiful top and her signature leather pencil skirt.
