Savannah Guthrie’s floral puff sleeved dress with the ring detail was super sweet for a day full of sweet segments! What a great show, that didn’t have too much “downer” news (besides the fact that the cast had to wear coats outside!). First of all, Meghan Markle’s something blue detail was revealed and was so sweet, the Prime Minister of New Zealand came to talk about her new daughter and juggling working and being a new mom.

But my favorite part was having my idol, J.K. Rowling and the cast of Fantastic Beasts on set. Ok, you may have missed Savannah’s fun calling “J.K” “Jo,” but looking past that, J.K. is an inspiration. She came from literally nothing, being a single mom living in her car to a mogul. I am on my third round of reading “Harry Potter,” and just watched Fantastic Beasts for like the fifth time last weekend. You can call me a true Pott Head.
