Savannah Guthrie’s Floral Embroidered Dress

There’s a lot of nutty news today, but most important is Savannah Guthrie’s floral embroidered dress and her giant circle belt. Serial killers, unpresidential remarks, lava forming an island. I am reminded of the song It’s the End of the World as we Know It. But amongst horrifying news there is always a ray of sunshine and for me that’s the Today Show.
Can you believe there’s a new little island off the coast of Hawaii? I was recently in Santorini (preparing for the Mamma Mia sequel) and I learned that it’s not actually an island, it’s also a giant cluster of volcanic rocks which happen to be surrounded by the most beautiful water and also with the most stunning sunrises. You know those blue domes you picture when thinking of Greece? Well I found them. There are only three of them, but the laws on the island is that all of the houses need to be white both for function and for beauty. Well they succeeded. It was truly a taste of heaven.
