Porsha Williams’ star embellished denim jacket was a cute top to wear to support Cynthia Bailey’s star studded event. Paired with a great sequin skirt, Porsha had on one of her cutest outfits of the season. In this moving episode, you could really see how much Porsha and the other ladies were impacted by the hurricane and how much they wanted to help.

When I was in college I went to New Orleans right after Katrina to help tear down rebuild some homes over spring break. Donning gas masks and gloves, we got down and dirty. Unlike the girls with Kenya, we did get water breaks. But did not, however, sleep in nice hotels. We were bunked in a warehouse on bunkbeds. Normally I would have wanted the top bunk, which I got. I learned that was a mistake when the warehouse lights couldn’t be turned off so I slept a week with florescent lights in my eyes. It was worth it though, and a great experience!
