RHOC newbie Noella Bergener is certainly going to be a fashion favorite based on the outfit she had posted on Instagram. As you can see she’s wearing a super cute white shirt dress paired with an adorable pair of blue bow sandals. Noella captioned the photo with feeling blue but I don’t think that’s possible when you look this good. Thankfully we don’t have to feel blue because both her dress and shoes are in stock. So that just leaves us feeling a little Orange (County) because we are totally going to steal her style.
