Morgan Stewart’s black off the shoulder dress is SO gorgeous that as soon as I saw it, I instantly had a gut feeling that I already knew who the master behind the design was. And my fashion sixth sense was spot on because the dress is by one of my all time favorites, and not to mention so underrated designers, Julia Kalmanovich, who has been getting a ton of attention this year since her pieces have been seen on a ton of celebs.

Side note, if you guys have been reading my posts over the past few months, you know that I am a huge fan of anything puff sleeve. And as much as I love to rock the retro look,  I don’t think anyone can pull off the puff  like our favorite fashionista, Morgan Stewart!
