Megyn Kelly’s Pink Bow Tie Blouse

If you were hoping to get Megyn Kelly’s pink bow tie blouse from her first Today Show appearance, it’s slim pickins. She is wearing the exact one that Melania (yes, that Melania) wore which exacerbated the “pussygate” saga of Trump’s presidency. Notably, that blouse sold out almost instantly in the anomaly of the season. Now, do I love and covet this blouse? Absolutely. Do I wonder whether it was wise to make any other connection with Fox than Megyn already has? Yup. Do I forgive her for ultimately delivering a fun show with a super cute and appropriate first day of school outfit? Fo sho.

Megyn debated publicly whether she’ll be wearing pants or a dress to this big milestone in her life, and I think she picked right. After all, Princesses Wear Pants, right? Megyn and I actually have more in common than I thought. Two Chicago area attorneys who made super important career turns in their 30s resulting in major societal contributions. Hers was bringing awareness to issues like female discrimination in the workplace, and mine bringing awareness to things like what Megyn wore on her first day of her new show. And below a gratuitous image of me in the Chicago Bar Association yearly musical (entitled “Shamilton”) in which I played Megyn Kelly. Please don’t fill my inbox with ticket requests but they will be honored in order until they sell out for this year’s show in December entitled “Much to Sue About Nothing.”
