Liza Miller’s collared printed dress has a print that’s about as confusing and her emotions. She’s battling her loyalty for Kelsey and her love for Charles. This was kind of the nastiest we have seen the two get with each other, but it was so brief and probably the quickest resolution on the show.

I sort of admired how quickly Kelsey called Charles out. She just went up to him and asked “if Liza gave you the book [Kelsey rejected] would you pass on it?” And although Charles ultimately clarified that it was his business and his business, Kelsey stood up for herself in a way I never have. I once yelled at my very impatient ex-boss (now partner), who is also my brother. I couldn’t even get that confrontational with him but he laughed at a question I asked so I responded “how will I ever learn if I can’t ask questions?” And while that’s such a tiny deal, it was a big one for me since I actually said something. Lean in ladies!
