She certainly didn’t seem very disciplined, but Liza Miller’s belted military mini skirt could have fooled me. The skirt’s army green color is the new neutral, going with every color of the rainbow (including the amazing off the shoulder ruffle top she wore and blue denim ankle sandals).

Does your mom ever say something that kind of sticks with you forever? Well mine once said that she doesn’t like military colors because it reminds her of the not-so-cute clothes she had to wear when she was in the military. And while I get the sentiment, I’ve really become a sucker for this style. Patched jackets, structured skirts, and came sweats are all good by me.
