Lauren Loves: Chrissy Teigen Inspired Maternity Style

Do you know what the best part about dressing a baby bump is right now is? That Kim Kardashian and Chrissy Teigen have made it totally okay to wear tight jersey dresses during pregnancy. Plus, they’ve turned everyone onto the fact that dusters, trenches and long vests can totally slim your silhoutte and cover your booty during those tough pregnancy months. It’s a little bit of tight mixed with a little bit of flowy, and it creates a great combo.

I’ve been having tons of fun stealing their signature style and creating Pinterest boards like “Maternity Style Inspiration” and “Maternity Clothes Wish List“, which has also help me organize and streamline my pregnancy style. Ruched jersey dresses (specifically non-maternity) are super affodable and with sites like ASOS and Missguided to provide dusters, trenches and vests at affordable prices, it’s a great time for preggo style.

While this look also works for non-maternity, I think it’s great that women can show off their bump and feel good about it. And if you think you can’t pull it off, it’s not like Kim Kardashian was a rail during her pregnancy, and she did it, do why not you?
