She wasn’t hiding her opinions or her underwear, and Lala Kent’s black sheer floral mini dress in her interview left little the the imagination. This very sheer, very sexy number would once have been crazy to wear. But since we are in the “anything goes” phase of time, even I have donned a sheer top (note: not a full dress). Lala’s vocals with James was fun to watch. But Tom added the comedy that we come to Pump Rules for. That trumpet man. I mean, not so different from the 8th grade band rehearsals I remember, where everyone tried to avoid stepping on the spit released from the spit valve in a wind instrument.

I’m sorry, did I lose you? Yes, this girl played an instrument of her own. First piano (which currently sits in my living room and my theatre friends and I plunk on often), and then an alto sax. I was first chair for quite a while there. And although my band skills haven’t panned out, looks like Tom Sandoval has some sort of auto tuned trumpet solo on a track played by DJ James Kennedy in LA in the future.
