I am very into Kristin Cavallari’s yellow pants. These scream boss girl but also 70’s chic and those are both things I love to get behind. A powerful masculine pant has served me well. When Lauren and I went to the rewardstyle conference in Dallas a few months go, I wore these awesome, cheap, red power pants with a black button down blouse and nailed it, if I do say so myself. Something about it made me feel super confident, even though it wasn’t the most feminine look.

Kristin is giving off the same vibes on the show. She’s truly a boss, managing a bunch of young drama seekers. She’s probably getting a taste of her own medicine, though I can’t say for sure because I never watched The Hills. But I certainly am looking forward to watching her be the boss babe she is clearly meant to be!
