Kristin Cavallari’s triangle earrings go perfectly with her amazing metallic blazer (read all about it here). Clearly, the chef/mom/boss/wife/jewlery designer has the best style and these affordable earrings are the cherry on top of every outfit. So when discussing her employees and their different personalities, I was pretty entertained both by the fashion and the gossip. I think part of Kristin’s whole vibe is the fact that she treats everyone well but certainly makes fun of them between her and Jay, which is the funniest relationship of them all.

Working environments can be tough, especially between a lot of ladies. Everyone knows that different personalities is definitely an important thing to keep an eye on. And so that’s why having an amazing, motivating and doesn’t-take-things-too-seriously boss can be key. Luckily here at BBH we have the best boss of them all, and need a reality show of our own.
