Normally I’m not huge on neon but Khloe Kardashian’s bold and bring color block wind breaker in Palm Springs may have persuaded me otherwise. Like I’ve said time and time again, I love a neutral look, so when I’m working out or running errands I can feel stealthy—trust me its best for the both me and the onlooker. Neons on the other hand are SO bright they catch everyone’s eye right away, so there’s not hiding. For me, Khloe’s look is totally worth shining in though because there is something about it that doesn’t make it seem like too much, only much needed.
