Kelsey Peters’ blue cold shoulder top with black straps was what she was wearing when her most brilliant idea struck. A tattoo coloring book? I mean… Hillary Duff really favors this designer, known for intricate and detailed clothing that tend to be very flattering on her figure, but also do great on sizes 2-22. In fact, Abby McCarthy wore the designer last week on Girlfriend’s Guide to Divorce, and Kelsey wore this adorable black and white jumpsuit earlier this season.

However the shirt didn’t really help Kelsey this week- she messed up in inviting Josh and we all know it. Inviting a new Irish twig to a BBQ with Liza, Charles and Kelsey all in the same open space was probably not as thought out as the top.
