Kelly Ripa’s ruffle blouse is the cutest thing, especially on her tiny frame that I’m so jealous of! I love the top and matching pencil skirt and really like the pop of color to her outfit with a neon yellow heel, which you all know by now is super on trend this season. By the way, I love that Kelly and Ryan featured the Snapchat man/woman filter that blew up this week. I think I almost died laughing when Big Blonde Hair’s husband tried the filter and said he looked like one of his cousins! I also think Kelly’s face actually suits pretty much all the filters, which is hard to say for me and the rest of the world. But then again I’m not surprised considering she looks good in just about everything.
