Kelly Ripa’s leopard print dress is a new print on her and I love it! Kelly was talking about the Jewish new year Rosh Hashanah which we started with a giant feast last night and continue tonight through tomorrow. As an Israeli, we are culturally Jewish. To me that means that we revolve all holidays around my mom’s amazing cooking. This year my mom got sick and while she’s doing much better she wasn’t up for hosting her normal feast, so lately for the holidays we have been going to Joe’s Stone Crab (the irony isn’t lost on us), which cooks traditional Jewish food. While it doesn’t compare with my mom’s it’s definitely a close second. At least having our whole family (including husband’s family too) together made for a happy occasion! Happy new year to those who observe!
