Kelly Ripa’s blue polka dot top was the only blue thing about her yesterday. This adorable top is Kelly’s favorite tie neck style, but also comes in a beautiful dress. And yes, who is thinking about yesterday with all the fun costumes everyone is rocking today, but we still thought this blouse deserved a post!

Everyone from the Today Show to the View and Live had such fun costumes, I don’t know what is my favorite! I think Hoda as Elton John was hilarious, and of course, Meghan McCain as Elsa from Frozen stole my heart (yea, I’m not over it). But Kelly and Ryan did a great number as well! Although I’m pretty sure Kelly just wanted everyone to feel bad about their abs compared to hers. I mean, she’s so perfect. What was your favorite?
