Kelly Ripa’s black dress with white tie neck is fabulous, and I would wear the same thing if I saw musical icon Andrew Loyd Webber. It’s partly business, partly flirty, and has a secret rose print that you can’t immediately see. Clearly the black and white was paying homage to The Phantom of the Opera, which Kelly told Mr. Webber she has seen over and over and over again (same here!). Or, if you’re a millennial, that’s the prequel to “Love Never Dies” which I’m not so sure about yet.

Who else is super psyched for Jesus Christ Super Star with John Legend to air? Anyone? Hello? I’m a true theatre dork and am obsessed with these live action musicals. Andrew Loyd Webber basically wrote the soundtrack of my childhood, so it was important to me that Kelly wore the perfect dress to meet him. And she did.
