Kelly Dodd’s black tie strap ruffle dress is the perfect piece to dance around in. I know whenever I’m in something ruffled I always do a shimmy shake, because how could you not? Kelly’s dress reminds me of a modern flapper girl dress, like they wore in the Roaring 20’s. But fast forward 100 years to 2020 and the style is somewhat the same at times, but instead of fun roaring we’re annoyingly sighing. Thanks Covid. And while we don’t necessarily always agree with Kelly’s comments, we always agree with her fashion choices.
