As a person who is overly into shoulder pads—I like to blame the fact that I’m an 80’s baby because it’s really all I’ve got—I had to take a minute to give some love to Kathryn Dennis’ red interview dress, even though it popped up at the end of the season. It might not be everyone’s cup of sweet tea, but I had to give it a little bit of love because I love the brand that it hails from. And like her fringe dress from this very same episode, it’s a brand we’ve seen on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills but is a first on a Charleston cast member.

And much like I have feelings for Kathryn’s dress, I have a few warm and fuzzies about the fact that I think Kathryn has cleaned her act up and I totally hate to see a young mother that seems to be trying so hard have her children taken from her. So here’s to hoping Kathryn stays on the straight and narrow, and keeps stepping it up in fashion and in life.
