With a bow, long sleeves, layers and just the perfect shade of green, this is an all day, all year long dress. Additionally, the drop waste gives it a little bit of a flapper flair and makes it flattering for all shapes and sizes.

The designer of Jill’s dress (and one of Tinsley Mortimer’s most favorite!) is known for feminine, flirty, and awesome fitting clothes that work for everyone. The color is perfect for a blonde, brunette, redhead, and whatever your color of the week is!
