Hoda Kotb’s white poppy cold shoulder dress on the Today Show this morning was not the ordinary sheath. The print was cute, the shape was great, but the little ruffles on the shoulders were the distinguishing touch! This v neck, white floral sheath is on sale and will probably go quick because it’s at a great price. I mean… what can’t you wear it to?

Today Hoda talked about steals, deals and feels. Sadly I haven’t yet watched the 15th 4th hour today because it’s quite a commitment, but I always DVR it to see what shenanigans the girls get into. Either way, these poppies won’t make you sleepy, they’ll make you want to go out and get the dress!
