Heather Dubrow is putting the orange in Orange County wearing her ruched tie front crop top. She looked cute and casual while (finally) hanging out with Gina Kirschenheiter. Turns out my theory was wrong and Gina and Heather were in a bit of a rough patch. Though that’s nothing a little paper bag Dom Perignon picnic can’t fix.
