Heather Dubrow’s Black Flared Dress on WWHL / Real Housewives of Orange County Fashion September 2024

Miss Fancy Pants Heather Dubrow joined Andy Cohen in the clubhouse last night after #RHOC. And after seeing her I think her name should be changed to Miss Fancy Dress. Because she wore the simplest black flared midi dress, but somehow it looked like a ballgown. That’s just the HD effect I suppose, even though this is a great look for anybody. Which why a dress like this would add the perfect flare to your wardrobe.
