Everyone literally looks exactly the same (OK, Grace has a few more curves which is actually a WAY good thing). More importantly, everyone still acts the same. Now if you remember, last we left them, our favorite characters had kids who met in college. Well the script writers decided to give us an alternate ending, where they have no kids and they live their lives as unhappy single people (in Jack’s words).
