I love, love, love Giuliana Rancic’s striped ruffle dress on tonight’s E! News. I always love a good stripe, and G completely pulls this off. There’s a lot going on, but the stripes, ruffles and power shoulders don’t swallow her, it’s clear she’s wearing them and not vice versa. She is definitely one of my favorite fashionistas, and this dress only goes to prove my point, especially when paired with a white ankle boot, or our girl Giuliana.
