Giuliana Rancic’s plaid ruffle dress was the perfect thing to welcome her back on E! I have been waiting for a while and so have many others. It’s a bit bittersweet because as a Chicagoan, I love seeing her around here. I see Bill and Duke often at Whole Foods or our amazing gym, and they are just good, wholesome, Midwesterners.

They also are owners of two of the most popular and amazing restaurants in Chicago, RPM Italian and RPM Steak. They better keep coming here, if not for their good food, for the people who will miss them! I know their house is on the market but a lot of people have unanswered questions as to where they will live now. Keep your roots here guys, even if we are happy to see you back at E!
