I love a good shirt dress, so Giuliana Rancic’s beige silk maxi dress with slit on last night’s E! News right up my alley. Although it’s a covered up look the slit makes it a little sexy and a little less conservative, which I love. Plus, when she comes back to Chicago, she can pair it with an OTK boot and not freeze. Now that’s what I call fashion and function.
