Last week I looked in my inbox and I had received an invitation from my friend Katie to join Gilt Group. Normally I overlook such invitations, but she had steered me towards some great sites in the past, including Groupon, so she obviously has my best interest in mind! So, I took a second to visit the Gilt Group site, and lets just say I liked what I saw. Basically, they offer deals on high end designer lines, many that you see on the red carpet (Herve Ledger, Caroline Herrera, Vera Wang), lasting a day or two, or until quantities sold out. The deals are AMAZING. You can literally get designer pieces, that aren’t clearance rack worthy, some at 70% off, and the other discounts are pretty deep as well. Sales this week include: Shoshanna, Caroline Herrera, Trina Turk, Vera Wang and more. Also, they do sales on men’s and children’s apparel, so you can find some great gifts!
