Gayle King’s cutout orange and pink sheath dress on WWHL may seem familiar from other Bravo shows, but she definitely made it her own. This dress is a twist on the LBD that will last you decades! You can do a black pump or a fun shoe with it and make whatever statement you want! Gayle wasn’t afraid to make any statements last night, from Oprah’s fashion mistakes to her true hatred of Andy’s brown suit (the audience mostly agreed), but the dress said it all.

It was nice getting to know Gayle’s personality a bit sans Oprah. Perhaps the most shocking thing is the fact that the best gift she ever received was a live in nanny from Oprah. Uh, where do I sign up for that?! I don’t read Oprah’s magazine but always buy the favorite things magazine. Usually I regret it because a lot of the picks are things I would never buy. However, I’d say this is the first year that I tore out five pages with ideas that I actually loved! What’s on your list this year?
