Garcelle Beauvais certainly was walking the streets of Cannes in style wearing her white fringe dress. She was joined by Andy Cohen and Dorit Kemsley for “BravoCannes”. Which to me is very interesting and if you’re keeping up with the IG content, Im sure you agree. But it’s of course not as interesting as a new white fringe dress going oui oui oui all the way into our home.
