Dorit Kemsley’s J’Adior 8 shirt with Teddi and Lisa was a bit of a fashion flashback to a top another woman from a group of ladies who’s fashion we envy once wore. That woman is Carrie Bradshaw, style icon to many, and part of a show who’s title recently popping up on my TV prompted my 7 year old to ask me what “sex” is and for me to look extremely frightened and respond “Don’t worry about it”. This seemed reasonable to me, but it then lead to him spelling “sex” on the scrabble board while playing with his nanny, which also lead to all sorts of other conversations. Needless to say, I appreciate Dorit drawing inspiration from the SATC crew, much, much more then my son.
