And although Chelsea’s top looked great on her I like some of the other colors even better for spring, I can totally see wearing any of the other colors with cutoffs and looking super cute for summer. It could even be worn unbuttoned to layer up on a chilly night! Chelsea has worn some great affordable fashion this season, so thanks to her for keeping everyone looking cute on the cheap.
