Okay, so, the final results are in AND, CoolSculpting works. Many of you have followed my progress and asked for final thoughts on the  treatment and I finally have them. The proof is below and no, these pictures are not edited nor have a worked out for a second (super healthy, I know) or lost a lot of weight between sessions. And no, I wasn’t pregnant in the before photo 😛 . I weigh about the same in the first photo as I do in the final results and even had lunch before having the pic taken! Main Things to Know About My Experience:

  1. The procedure takes about 35 minutes total per applicator (you do 2 applicators per visit) and isn’t painful, just cold. The massage after the applicator is taken off is uncomfortable, but not painful.
  2. For me, there was discomfort and swelling for about a 7 to 10 days after the session so prepare to wear your pants unbuttoned and not do anything requiring a tight dress or a lot of running, but overall it is not bad and I HATE pain.
  3. The results take 3-4 months to appear as the fat flushes out of your body, though I waited longer between sessions due to my schedule.
  4. I had my upper abs treated once and then my lower abs treated once, although sometimes two treatments per area is needed
