And I have to give major props to Cary for doing what she feels is best for her own work/family situation—even if it’s against the grain—when deciding to stay home with her daughter.

I can fully relate right now because I’m struggling with the opposite. I’ve recently hired full time child care for Valentino after working an almost full time schedule during nights, naps, vacations and weekend for the past 7 years. Thankfully, a friend referred me to a wonderful person to take care of him and I’m am hoping it creates a better Big Blonde Hair life balance so I can enjoy my time with my kids more instead of always thinking about work, but the mom guilt is a tough one. I’m feel like I’m definitely missing out on his cutest moments, and there are a lot of them!

And I digress from making you all my hostage therapists. While I can’t make it up to Valentino by buying him matching leggings because that would just make things worse, you can totally steal Cary and her daughter’s cute combo along with looks for less for those special yoga sessions, working out or just for lounging around. Or for running away quickly when a crazy person tries to strangle you.
