We say Oo La La to Candiace Dillard’s green cold shoulder dress. Now I was just on a Mediterranean cruise. We went to five countries and nine cities while we were there, including Cannes. And let me tell ya, the Potomac ladies brought a new kind of glam to Cannes. Whether Americans are dressed up or down, they always stick out. Yes, they are loud so that calls attention, but there’s just some je ne sais pas about why Americans can never blend in, no matter how cute the outfits.

Now this one is certainly stepping up the glam. Cannes is a beach town and despite the Dior pop up shop that was there, clearly for my arrival, there are mostly casual skinny gals going from day to night in their effortless bathing suits. And while Candiace doesn’t look effortless, exactly, she looks flawless in this cold shoulder number.
