Cameran Eubanks isn’t wrong—getting your daily dose of H2O is highly beneficial for your skin and overall youth. Her time marker pink water bottle on Instagram Stories is a great motivational tool to get you there (while still looking cute)! I don’t know why it is such a struggle to get the recommended amount of water consumed each day, I feel like I’m drinking all day long (which means I’m peeing all day long, too). I would probably be surprised at the amount I actually do consume and I’m assuming I need more on the daily. Thats why Cameran’s pink water bottle would be super helpful to make sure I’m on top of my game, every day.

Since summer officially started, I’ve been making a water concoction I’m obsessed with. I add lemon juice, fresh basil, and fresh mint (both from my garden) to my iced water. Sometimes I make it ahead of time and let it steep for a while to up the potency. Apparently, it’s supposed to help with detoxing and/or bloating? If so, bonus, but really I make it because its a nice change from plain ole water.
