I took a pretty decent break between Christmas and New Years and only did a few posts and some fun Instagram stuff, which is hard for me to do. It’s probably the longest “break” I’ve taken in a couple years. The problem is, it’s hard for me to relax, and then when I finally do it’s extremeeeely hard for me to get back into work mode again! Which brings me to this morning. Thankfully, on New Years Day, Bethenny Frankel posted a photo taken by her little mini-paparazzo, Brynn, in this amazing sheer star cover up dress. I was so excited to hunt it down that it made getting back into the groove a bit easier!

This dress is by a brand that I hadn’t heard of before, although it’s stocked at Nordstrom and Free People. And while this specific piece is not in stock at either place, we can thank your lucky stars that the genius behind this must-have cover up actually also sells through an Etsy shop. I put myself on a spending freeze—while, aside from the pieces I bought from my Nordstrom Half-Yearly Sale post—but I really think I need this gorgeous piece. It’s available in 5 colors, so now I just have to decide which is best for my next trip to the beach, or event where I could layer this boho chic piece with a cami dress.

So here’s to my first official Real Housewives look covered in 2019, suspending my spending freeze that didn’t happen and seeing stars, because if this is any indication of what we are in for, it’s going to be the best year yet.
