Abby McCarthy’s purple colorblock dress was at the beginning of this week’s episode, before we knew just how twisted things would become. With uplifted spirits, Abby’s life was going in the right direction and this dress reflected it all. However things went South fast in this episode, and then simply dropped down to the South Pole. My shock was akin to the shock I experienced during the first season shocker of Game of Thrones. Like, whaaaa?

Life gave poor Abby some rotten lemonade this season. But a good colorblock dress is just the thing to remind us that as realistic as the show can be, it’s simply fiction, and thank the lord for that!
