Welp, well that was a wrap on that listing as well as a wrap on Tracy Tutor’s black leather belted skirt. We can always count on Tracy to be out werkin’ it in a cute blouse and skirt of some sort while casually adding more million dollar listings under her fashionable leather belt. This was of course no different with her in her yellow turtleneck and midi skirt.

It’s always weird to watch our fave reality TV shows when they film in opposite seasons. Like right now during summer weather I can’t picture myself wearing leather paired with a sweater. In the Fall on the other hand this would be the perfect ensemble. That doesn’t discredit it’s chicness in the slightest though. No matter the season this outfit would make anyone look like a million bucks.
