If I wore Kristin Cavallari’s silver metallic halter dress to the Big Blonde Hair holiday party if there was one it would be a total HR issue if we had an HR department due to the mini length on my 5″9 frame. However the Uncommon James Boss Babe totally pulled the look off at their holiday party. In fact she did it so well I’d venture to guess that even Santa took note of her sexy, sophisticated style that totally put her on our “Nice” list. And yes, I mean both of them.
